HM-A1800-FD has large rotating ring, suitable for stretch wrapping large furniture such as sofa, beds, mattress......Applying bubble film or PE film sheet to the products for making fully sealed and wrapped package.
Both in-feed and out-feed conveyors are motorized and fully automatically controlled. The machine has photocell electricity which is a sensor for detecting the wrapping products and give signal to the PLC.
High tension of the packing material, industrial stretch film are used for making tight and sealed packages. Process such as material loading and cutting as well as re-loading are down by the film cutter.
Film spool with draw back mechanism keeps the stretch film tight, avoid loose and baggy wrapping case.
