    • Description
    HM-A1800 large rotating ring which allows users to wrap a wide range of bundles and panels....products. Even like furniture, beds, mattress......The wrapping procedure is proceeded on line continuously by PLC program control system.

    Both in-feed and out-feed conveyors are motorized and fully automatically controlled. The machine has photocell electricity which is a sensor for detecting the wrapping products and give signal to the PLC.
    High tension of the packing material, industrial stretch film are used for making tight and sealed packages. Process such as material loading and cutting as well as re-loading are down by the film cutter.
    Double film spools are available to build on the rotating ring to improve the wrapping speed for higher capacity.
