1. For feeding the extrusion cylinder, the extrusion technology of aluminum profile is becoming more and more developed, and many cross-sections exceeding 300mm can also be directly extruded. However, the larger the section and the heavier the meter, the heavier the aluminum alloy rod. Therefore, it would be very difficult to manually load the material onto the extrusion cylinder, but now it is very simple with a crane and a hoist, and only a staff member is required to operate it.

2. Automatic film coating. For aluminum profiles, the extruded aluminum profiles need to be coated after anodizing treatment and drying to ensure the quality of the product to prevent scratches and dust. Now there is a special aluminum profile protective film tape sticking machine that greatly improves the work efficiency.

3. Automatic aluminum bundle packaging machine, we have adopted automatic packing method for conventional aluminum profiles, instead of manual packing layer by layer. It saves time and packaging materials. The automatic bundling machine is designed to wrap large quantity of aluminum profiles with nice wrapping and sealed package to against possible damages.
