Economic wrapping packaging solution for corrugated hose coils
Corrugated hose usually are coiled by the automatic coiling machine to reels of 10-50 meter long, the coiled reels will be strapped by PP belt before pushing off from the automatic hose coiler. It's very automatic, the whole process is doing and continuing by the machine itself. So, the general capacity of the coiling machine is really high. The coiled corrugated hose reels then will be packed by automatic coil wrapping machine or shrink wrapping machine with continuous motion. The airtight package will give the hose coils good protection to against the oxidation, dust contamination.....
But what happens when it's in a small workshop with the hose coiling down by hands? The manual coiling is very slow and the capacity is very low. It's obviously not a wise option for the owner to choose the automatic coil wrapping machine or shrink wrapping machine. What can be the right and cost effective packaging solution for the manual cases?
Today, we are going to introducing two economic packaging solutions to you, have both the stretch wrapping machine and shrink wrapping machine.
First, it's our economical horizontal coil wrapper. This machine has the slant horizontal platform with supportive rollers built on the platform. This structure is good when placing the hose coils to the wrapping machine by hands, the hose coils will fall to the best wrapping position by it's gravity. The machine is designed to wrap the corrugated hose coils by stretch film, the self stickness of the stretch film will make the wrapped hose coils sealed and very protective.
The wrapping position is adjustable through the hand wheels, making the hose coils at the center of the C shape ring. The best wrapping position will have the corrugated hose coils wrapped with even tightness and less wrinkles.
The second packaging solution is the L bar sealer shrink wrapper. This machine is able to do continuous work, but it's a simple and cheap machine. The machine is able to make airtight shrink wrapping for the hose coils. It has the L shape sealing blade which able to do full cut seal at one time, and the shrink tunnel with right temperature makes the sealed package shrink to a tight wrapping with good tension. The shrink wrapped package is transparent and looks really nice.
The both packaging solutions we introduced above are available economical wrapping solutions for the corrugated hose coils wrapping. They are suitable to be used at small factories and small workshopes which have less demand for the capacity, but makes really good packaging to the products and give good protection as well.
