VCI film application and used on automatic wrapping machine

Application method:

2. Wear clean gloves when packing, and do not touch the rust-proof objects with bare hands.
3. If the anti-rust article has protrusions or corners, be careful not to puncture the film. If it is damaged accidentally, the wound should be sealed with industrial tape in time to ensure the seal.
4. During the anti-rust packaging operation, the workplace should be far away from "acids, alkalis and other highly corrosive substances and corrosive gases".

The VCI is a good wrapping material to be used by the coil wrapping machine, it's especially suitable for packaging bearings to against the rust. Both small rolls or even large rolls are available to use. Small rolls will be fixed on the turning ring of the coil wrapper while the large rolls will be at side of the coil wrapper. Horizontal coil wrapping machine which the bearing will be placed on the supportive taper rollers, the VCI tape will be carried by the turning ring to wind the bearings through the core, the wrapped package is tight and evenly distributed.
