During storage and transportation, pollution and product damage are prone to be affected by transportation and the environment, so protective packaging is required for the tires are they are kind of valuable products.
Through its unique substrate and good barrier properties, the tire packaging can prevent the tire from being polluted and damaged during storage and transportation; at the same time, the tire packaging tape has a certain elongation rate, which is very suitable for the coil wrapping machine and manual winding wrapping package.

Generally it's proposed as the semi-automatic, using coil wrapping machine to wrap the tyre through the core, winding the round bundle by the tape, film or composite paper. The machine needs manual assistance, so normally there are few machines working together in the factory.
The wrapping of the tires could also be down automatically. This is suitable for online operation which the tyre comes from the front facility and placed on the conveyor, forwarding to the wrapping machine without manual assistance, controlled by PLC program.
