As a part of warehouse management, the goods transfering and pallet changing is very normal to see and happens all the time. But when a pallet is fully loaded with goods, this job could be very difficult to proceed. Sometimes, we also have damaged products such as broken cartons and scratched package, but if the products is at the bottom of the whole load, there will be too much heavy lifting which doesn't mean anything.

This needs have created the idea of pallet inverter, which will turnover the whole load 90 degrees or 180 degrees. This turnover action will give benefits to us to change the pallets or change the damaged products.
The machine is also quite often be used as a good helper to remove the freezer spacer for frozen food industry. First the operator will load the frozen foods to the machine, then turnover the goods 90 degrees, the shake will scater the cartons with freezer spacers. Workers will remove the freezer spacers easily and quickly.
