Fully automatic inline skid and pallet stretch wrap machine
This machine uses stretch film as the main packaging material to wrap bulk goods stacked on pallets. Automatic online pallet packaging controlled by PLC program, reduce labour costs. After wrapping, the goods are more stable, beautiful and tidy, play the role of dustproof, anti-scattering, anti-theft, and convenient for shipping.

Main Features:
  1. Adopts PLC control and HMI touch screen for fully automatic unmanned operation, can be used with palletizer and top film dispenser machine; 
  2. Operator interface: Buttons and touch screen, manual/auto working mode selection easy to switch;
  3. Frequency conversion speed regulation, multi-stage speed, soft start, soft stop function;
  4. Film threading: W film threading pattern;
  5. Tension control: Film pre-stretching by electrical motor with adjustable film tension;
  6. Wrapping method: Bottom, middle and top wrapping, film carriage rise and fall on the mast for double layer wrapping;
  7. Wrap settings: Overlap adjustments, reinforced wrapping on bottom and top;
  8. Cycle counter: Automatic counting;
  9. Automatic height detection: Photocell electricity;
  10. Automatic pre-stretching film frame, up and down transmission adopts double chain structure, stable operation;
  11. Automatic film application, film breaking and film wiping. Film breaking adopts the electric heating film breaking method, which is convenient and reliable;
  12. Wiping system: soft brush to stick the film perfectly onto the pallets;
  13. Turntable with roller conveyor built on, convenient to received and send out the pallet cargo online;
  14. Turntable rotating speed is adjustable by frequency conversion, it can be accurately positioned and automatically reset after packaging;
  15. Optional to add in-feed and out-feed conveyors used in conjunction with fully automatic assembly line;
  16. Movable limit block limits the arbitrary selection of the packaging height, and the photoelectric switch is positioned accurately;
  17. Wrapping exceeds the packaging height is available, make the top edge covered;
  18. Various protection functions such as overload and overcurrent;
  19. In the event of failure, film breakage, film shortage, or the object exceeds the length, it will automatically stop and alarm;
