This is an automatic pallet stretch wrapping machine with the built-in weighing scale, the model is TP-X165. We installed it and trained our customers for the operation and maintenance of this stretch wrapping machinery.

It is optional to have the remote control device and the automatic film breaking device ( which is also called film cutter), customers can easily wrap the pallet or skid loaded goods. After the customer places the goods on the turntable with a forklift or pallet jack, the independent weight display panel will display the weight of the goods in real time, which is convenient for the customer to record the goods.

After that, only need to remotely click to start, and the equipment will automatically complete the entire wrapping process, and after the wrapping is completed, the tail of the stretch film will be automatically cut and clamped, and the packaging cycle will be completed after the goods are unloaded by a forklift. Compared with the traditional need to manually hang up the film and tie it to the goods before wrapping, and manually cut the tail film after the stretch wrapping is completed, the automatic stretch wrapping machine greatly improves the packaging efficiency and saves labor costs.
After the installation was completed, we conducted on-site testing of the equipment. The test results were very good and the customer was very satisfied. After that, we trained the customer on some equipment knowledge both of the operation and daily maintenance. I believe this equipment can create more value for the customer.
