Pallet exchanging solution for loads of buckets and rolls
Usage of this special designed pallet changer:
This machine is specially developed for the warehousing and logistics industry. Through clamping, flipping and other actions, with manual operation, it can achieve the goal of replacing the pallets of different specifications of the whole package. The characteristic of this machine is it has the lateral support panels to protect the loads from falling. It's suitable for goods like buckets, drums and rolls which are loaded on pallets. It's also good to exchange pallets of grocery such as unwrapped pallets of boxes and bottles.

Operation procedure:
1. Manually use a forklift to place a pallet of goods to the platform of the equipment;
2. The upper platen will press down to clamp the whole load, and the guards on both sides are centered and clamped to protect the goods from falling. The upper platen and the side shields can be clamped at the same time, saving time and improving the work efficiency; The upper platen is pressed down, using a stepper motor and a ball screw, and the stroke is adjustable, effectively protect the material; The side guard is adjusted by the positive and negative threaded screw, driven by a stepping motor, and the two sides are centered and clamped;
3. Start the turning action and turn the whole pallet to a specific angle (tentatively 105°) to stop;
4. Start the bottom platform rotation, rotate it to the horizontal position, realize the separation of the pallet and the goods, manually remove the original pallet, and put the new pallet to the platform of the equipment;
5. The bottom platform will rotate to the position of having contact with the goods, and the entire load is turned back to its original position;
6. Manually take away the whole pallet of goods after the pallet is replaced;
7. Start the next job.

There is a light curtain sensor on the front operation level of the pallet changer machine. If there are personnel or equipment entering during operation, the equipment should immediately stop the running and sound and light alarms will be issued until the safety is confirmed manually and the "alarm (error) elimination button" is pressed, then the device can continue to operate.

●The control box is equipped with a lockable main power switch and an alarm (error) reset button. An emergency stop button is installed at the appropriate position on the operation screen and the fence, and a three-color warning sound and light alarm lamp post is installed at the appropriate position on the fence.
●Set or modify operating parameters through the operation panel, and key parameters need to be protected by password; the operation panel can display information such as current operating status, errors and alarms.
●A reliable technical solution is adopted to ensure that the clamping device (including the upper platen and the left and right clamping plates) will not cause crushing damage to the goods under any circumstances. In addition to controlling the movement position of the stepper motor by the parameters set by the program, two non-contact position sensors are installed for position detection and control to improve reliability and ensure that the goods are not squeezed.
●The opening height of the upper platen can be set through the operation panel to adapt to different load heights and reduce the invalid running time.
●The upper pressing plate and side guard plate can be clamped at the same time, saving time and improving the work efficiency.
●All operation buttons, indicator lights, alarm devices, sensors, etc. use 24VDC safety voltage.
●The protective fence is installed on the equipment base structure to avoid drilling holes on the site ground.
●The operation panel is installed in an easy-to-operate position.
