Stainless steel thermal sealing shrink wrapping machine used for packing medicine

To make our thermal packing machine qualified to pharmaceutical industry, we have developed a new sleeve sealing shrink wrapping machine which is made of 304 stainless steel.
This machine is a fully automatic machine, it's designed to connect with bottle unscrambler for automatic in-feeding and aligning and shrink wrapping.


In this video, the machine is packing vitamin bottles, but it's also available to pack medicine inside boxes. It's a versatile shrink wrapping machine for packing variant products. The pneumatic pusher is used for in-feeding the aligned products with the help of sensors. Bottles are formed to bundles with the configuration we pre-set before sealing by a heat sealing blade.
One machine could attach several pushers for different products with different sizes. Insulation is adopted to keep more heat inside and reduce the electricity consumption. Temperature is set and monitored by the control system.
Cooling fans is adopted to cool down the package immediately, the sealed and shrank package is tight with good tension. The wrapped package is transparent with nice exterior, this will be good for the selling of the products.
