When in use, after the cut film assembly transports the cut single film to the film picking rod, the film picking sprocket drives the cam to rotate. Since the cam is irregular, during the rotation of the cam, the roller moves along the outer edge of the cam. The surface moves up and down, and then drives the vertical moving rod to move up and down along the linear guide rail, so as to lift the film upwards. When the film picking and conveying platform outputs the bottle to the film bag platform, the bottle will bear against the lifted single piece of film. Move forward, so that the single film wraps the bottle.

Compared with the traditional sleeve-type heat shrink wrap machine, this high speed bottle shrink wrap machine does not need to seal and cut the shrinkable film. It maintains the continuity of actions/steps throughout the packaging process, without pause and waiting time. So the overall packaging speed is very fast, up to 40 packs/min.
