Ideal machine for packing ICF block and EPS block
With the advancement of science and technology, more and more new materials have been developed and used in our daily life, which including building materials. Due to the excellent properties of polyester foam, such as light weight and good thermal insulation effect, many new building materials produced from polyester foam are more and more popular.
The polyester foam made building material has ICF and EPS. ICF is the short name of insulated concrete forms, it's a new way for building private house. But for the manufacturers, there is a problem for them. That is the polyester foam is not able to resist high temperature over 100 Celsius. This characteristic becomes a real problem as the packaging often requires shrink wrapping. The shrink wrapping process often proceed inside the shrink oven which is over 180 degree Celsius. So, this high temperature could cause the ICF and EPS panels to deform and not suitable to use anymore.
