Hot sale pallet turner to rotate load and replace tray
In most plants, users will have their specific pallets or tray used to different reasons. Some users are working in food industry, so their system pallets are often made of plastic, and it's for the clean and hygienic working environment to guarantee the quality of products which they made. But there also some users having their own system pallets because their machine needs to work with the specific trays or pallets. Such as the digital printing machine, the feeder requires the prepared paper stacked on specific pallets before loading.
So, it some times is an evitable process to change the bottom substance of the load, it can be tray or pallet. But the process is difficult and time consuming if it's proceeded by man power. For example. a full load of 2 tons flour includes 40-60 bags of flour which weighs about 30-50kg per bag. If we choose to replace the bottom pallets manually, that means we need to unstack these 40-60 bags one by one. A person can lift about 5 bags the most within one minute, and totally about 10 minutes will take to finish the unstacking of one load. This is also only possible when the unstacking location is just a step next to our current load and the worker is strong enough to pick up heavy loads continuously without any break. Besides these, we also need to consider the possible injuries to the worker's back, shouder and hands.
Because of these reasons, we think this pallet exchanging process is critical to proceed and finished by a machine. And that's the original power and goal for us to develop our pallet turner machine.
This pallet turner machine consisted of the main frame and turnover body as well as it's powering system, control system and hydraulic system. The turnover body is installed on this heavy duty frame through the powerful slewing drive component, the turnover body is able to do self rotation 180 degree and flip the whole load of cargo top -bottom, making it reversed.
Two platforms driven by hydraulic cylinders on the flip body, working as clamps. They are allowing the forklift driver to load the pallet loads to the turnover body and release the clamp after the 180 degree turning action. It gives the operator enough space to take off the old pallet ( system pallets) and insert the new pallets to the place and reverse it back. Inside one of our end user's factory, the pallet turner is used here for exchanging plastic pallets to wooden shipping pallets before the flour left their warehouse and distribute to every different locations. This flipping machine is convenient to use and the remote switch makes it possible to be controlled by the forklift man. The worker can start the flipping without getting off from the forkklift. It's estimated to increase the pallet exchanging capacity about 5 times in the mean time less man power is needed.
