The pile turner is a machine that designed for the industry of printing with the specific needs and requirement. It’s applied to exchange the shipping pallets to system pallets before printing. Moreover, the machine has functions of vibrating and air-blowing which will aligning the paper piles with straight lines and clean the impurities such as paper lint, scrap, dust....to improve the printing quality and reduce the labour intensity. After the turnover, it’s convenient and easier to remove the cracked paper and wastes from the pile.
By using this machine, the ratio of defective product, double feeding can be greatly decreased. Extending the service life of printing machine as less impurity into the machine and the total printing speed can be increased by 3-5%.
