Pallet handling machine simplified pallet change using the tilting method. It's the ideal equipment for replacing the pallets in a fast action with very small expenses. 1. Pallet rotator:



This pallet rotator is suitable for tilt-stable goods such as cardboard or crates and does not require side walls, the pallet will be clamped due to 90° angle. We adopts the idea of forklift to this machine, makes it free to move in various locations. 
This machine is flexible to use in different industries especially the paper production and printing industry.

 
2. Pallet inverter:

Using this pallet inverter, the goods are clamped from below and above so that they can be rotated 180 degrees. The existing pallet is then removed and the new pallet can be placed on top either manually or with the help of forklift. Afterwards the goods together with the new pallet are rotated back to the original position. 
It's one of the pallet handling machines with the vast application range. Often used in cold chain and frozen food and meat factory to replace the damaged pallets and products at bottom position or remove the freezer spacers from the frozen goods before container loading.
 
3. Pallet changer:


When using this machine, palletized loads will taken into the machine by pallet truck. A backwards tilting procedure is made by 100 to 135° follows, only the empty pallet is tilted back. A new pallet comes in and is moved up to the goods. At the end, the new loaded pallet is tilted back and later to be discharged by a pallet truck.



 
4. Pallet turner:

Pallet turner is also called pile turner. It's the pallet handling machine specialized in printing industry, to clean paper stacks and prepare for feeding into the feeder.
Its feeding and unloading takes place at ground level, therefore operators can easily load and unload with a pallet truck. The pallet turner is equiped with air blower and vibrator to blow away the impurities between paper and align the paper stack in a quick motion.


 
5. Inline pallet tipper:


The inline pallet tipper is applied in big plants where the load needs to be changed safely at high throughputs fully automatic line. It's integrated with conveyor system. The source pallet is loaded onto the convey and forward into the pallet tipper. 
The new pallet is simply placed on top of the load before it is rotated. Accordingly only one rotation is necessary. This inline pallet tipper has low-maintenance and low-noise electrical drive without the danger of leakages. And this machine is suitable for bad quality pallets and many pallets with variant dimensions.
