This packing machine integrates various packing functions, with perfect design and reasonable structure, which can be used for connecting the pipe production line. Machine packaging functions all in one system: pipe counting, feeding pipe one by one, storage into circle, aligning pipes, bundling, strapping with film, conveying outing for bundles stacking system.

Machine with PLC&HMI program for easy control operations. All display details in screen information in English. Accumulation and array the pipes automatically.With pipe auto aligning device for keeping the orderly tip.Number of pipe per bundle can be changeable per requirement. Bundle weighing system can be as an option on machine.Strapping belt tension is adjustable per requirement.One or two or three unit stretch film wrapping machines can be chosen for two/ three places strapping per pipe bundle packaging.
