The disadvantage of MDF maybe can be solved by this thermal packing machine

The medium density fibreboard (MDF) is a man made material but very commonly used for decoration and furniture making. Not just because it's more green than orginal wooden panels, but also because of it's many advantages that we like and need.
Here are some of it's advantages:
1. Consistent strength and size
2. Shapes well
3. Stable dimensions (compare to natural wood, less expansion and contraction)
4. Takes paint well
5. Takes wood glue well
6. High screw pull-out strength in the face grain of the material

But there are also some drawbacks of the MDF boards
1. Denser than plywood or chipboard
2. When saturated with water, the low-grade MDF may swell and break.
3. Easy to warp or expand if it's in humid environments and not sealed.
So, to the manufacturer and salers of the MDF boards, they really worried when the products are stocked in the damp warehouse for a very long time, because they could damaged by the vapor and dust. The warpped and swollen MDF boards are definately will not be selled out.

But, this problem maybe can be solved easily by our back sealer shrink wrapper machine:
