Pipes are the most common material in our daily lives, from PVC plastic pipes to large ductile pipes. Pipes are used in every aspect of our lives. Among them, steel pipes are the most used pipes. In addition to being widely used in the construction industry, steel pipes are further processed in industrial production and then become various machinery, parts, workpieces, products, etc.

With the continuous improvement of technology, many steel pipes used for high-end product processing have reached very high requirements for quality control, which also includes requirements for appearance and packaging. For example, the steel pipes used in the production of bearings, customers have very strict requirements for their exterior and packaging. 

On the one hand, there are increasingly strict quality requirements, and on the other hand, there are rising labor costs. When operators package steel pipes, they face more difficult challenges than before. In order to reduce labor costs, operators have to use machines to replace some processes that were originally completed manually. The use of machines has greatly reduced the quality of packaging. It also increases the risk of product damage. "Is there such a machine that can not only help us to improve work efficiency, reduce labor costs, but also make the perfect packaging for our pipes?" This is a request made by one of our customers in Saudi Arabia when they came to us.

In order to help customers realize their wishes, our engineers made this fully automatic steel pipe counting, bundling, and tape wrapping machine after careful research and studying a large number of similar cases.  This machine is designed with a storage platform that can accommodate hundreds of steel pipes at the same time. Under the guidance of the machine's guard plate, limiter, etc., the steel pipes will be neatly arranged, waiting to enter the material lifting area one by one. After being lifted, the steel pipe will slowly slide over the counting area and be intercepted by the machine's blocking rod. When the counting system senses a sufficient amount of steel pipes, the stop lever will automatically lower and the pipes will fall into the material catcher.

The machine will send the entire bundle of steel pipes to the forming area, and after the press down mechanism fixed the steel pipes, the machine will use adhesive tape to wrap the steel pipe bundles. After the wrapping is completed, the entire bundle of steel pipes is pushed to the stacking area. After the pre-set quantity is reached, the machine will stack the steel pipes layer by layer, waiting for the operator to use cranes, forklifts and other tools to move the entire stack of steel pipes away together.
