This is a fully automatic pallet wrapping machine with a built-in weighing scale, model TP-X165. We installed it and trained customers to operate and maintain this stretch film wrap machine.
Optional to have remote control device and automatic film cutting device (also known as film cutter), customers can easily wrap goods loaded on pallets. After the customer puts the goods on the turntable with a forklift or pallet truck, the independent weight display board will display the weight of the goods in real time, which is convenient for customers to record the weight of the goods.
After that, the operator only need to click to start remotely, and the equipment will automatically complete the entire wrapping process. After the stretch wrapping is completed, the stretch film will be automatically cut off and clamped. Afterwards, we just need to unload the goods by forklift, the packaging cycle is completed. Compared with the traditional pallet wrapping on stretch film wrap machine, which requires manual hanging of the stretch film on the goods before wrapping, and manual cutting of the stretch film after wrapping, this stretch film wrap machine greatly improves packaging efficiency and saves labor costs.
