In the industry of beverage, the packing process is more automated than other manufacturing industries. Large facility is installed and operated to support the high capacity processing, empty bottles are continue to feed into the machine and aligned for liquid filling finally. The automatic filling machine is about to finish the filling of a bottle within 2-3 seconds. The filled bottles will covered with cap automatically by the machine and then to be pasted with the label. The bottles will finally delivered to the buffering area and aligned as straight lines to wait for the palletizer to pick up. The palletizer will pick up the bottles and put them into the cartons and then another palletizer will stack the cartons on the pallet.

As the work flow of the production line in a beverage factory is continuous and fast, the total capacity is very high. So the pallet packaging should be more efficient and more automated to promise there will be no delay and no break down to happen. The online pallet stretch wrapping machine is just the most suitable model for this kind of situation. The machine is conveyorized as there are roller table or chain conveyors attached, it's perfect to connect with the palletizer machine by the conveyors. 

The whole line can be run fully automatically under the control of PLC program. We will reserve one contactor of the PLC for receiving the signal from the palletizer. So when the front line is about to send a pallet to the pallet wrapping machine, the PLC first will receive a single request for the in-feeding. The PLC program will make decision of whether to allow this in-feeding or not according to it's self condition. 
The in-feeding conveyor has the photoelectricity to detect the incoming cargo and send the signal to the PLC, the PLC program will then decide whether to forward this pallet to the turntable of the machine for making the stretch wrapping. The machine will start wrapping when the pallet is inplace on the turntable. The sensor on the mast detects the height of the cargo, and the film carriage goes up and comes down accordingly. Film cutter is equipped on the machine and will finish the film clamping, film cutting, film sweeping and air blowing without manual operation.

The wrapped pallets will finally forward to the out-feeding conveyor, and the indicator will warn the workers to discharge the wrapped cargo in time both by the alarm sound and flesh lights. The whole work flow is continual and fast, doing very efficient work and no need for the operation by human being. It's estimated to replace about 3-4 workers compare with using the semi-automatic turntable pallet packer.
