1. The film material of the thermal shrink wrapping machine is easy to shift during packaging production and cannot be fed normally, so that the machine cannot perform the heat shrink packaging of the object normally, thereby adjusting the film roll position and the tension balance bar. If both are Invalid, can be solved by adjusting the angle of the upper triangular plate. If the upper film material deviates from the clamping chain, the upper triangular plate can be adjusted clockwise; if the lower film material deviates from the clamping chain, the upper triangular plate can be adjusted counterclockwise. In this way, this problem can be solved.
2. When the heat shrink packaging machine is in the packaging production stage, the temperature of the shrinking part is slow or cannot reach the standard temperature level (above 160°C). This kind of problem will make the shrinking fail to achieve the expected packaging purpose. The heating process depends on the heater. The main power supply line of the heater should be checked first.
The main power line of the heater passes through the magnetic absorption switch before reaching the electric heating tube, so the contacts of the magnetic absorption switch should be checked first. If the line does not pass through one of the stages, the above phenomenon will occur. If the magnetic absorption switch is normal, please check the meter again to determine whether each phase is the same as the ohmic value of the machine. If it is normal, it should be a short circuit. If each phase is turned on, but the wiring or electric heating tube is still abnormal, the heater needs to be replaced.
3. In multi-target cluster packaging, the equipment cannot detect the packing objects, and the machine damages the packaging film. This situation is due to the gap between the shrink wrapping machine in the cluster packaging and the electric eye detection. The eye detection angle of the shrink wrapping machine is adjusted to avoid the occurrence of the above phenomenon.
4. Flatulence: Hot air remains in the shrink film.
Increase the number of vents to speed up the air leakage from the shrink film;
Slow down the conveyor belt speed of the packaging machine, so that the hot air has a longer time to leak from the shrink film;
Increasing the temperature of the shrink film packaging machine will help air leak from the shrink film.
5. Atomization: The surface of the shrink film becomes fuzzy, like mist.
Lower the temperature of the packaging machine. Excessive temperature is the cause of the atomization of the shrink film;
Increase the speed of the conveyor belt of the packaging machine to reduce the time for the shrink film to contact heat.
6. Weak sealing line: The sealing line of shrink film is easy to break or appear small holes.
Lower the temperature of the sealing machine's heat-sealing knife;
The height of the sealing line is incorrect, the height of the sealing line should be half of the height of the package;
The pressure of the sealing frame is uneven, although the horizontal position of the sealing frame must be adjusted;
The heat-sealing knife or sealing base may be dirty, clean the heat-sealing knife or sealing base;
The heat-insulating rubber pad or heat-insulating sticker of the sealing base is damaged, and the heat-insulating rubber pad or heat-insulating sticker can be replaced;
The sealing time is too short, and the sealing pressure disappears before the sealing line is incompletely combined. The sealing time can be adjusted longer.
7. Crush packaging: The packaging is pressed to deform or crush the shrink film.
The temperature of the shrink packaging machine is too high, and the temperature can be lowered;
The speed of the conveyor belt of the shrinking machine is too slow, the speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted higher;
The shrink bag for wrapping the package is too small, so the size of the shrink bag can be enlarged a bit;
The shrinkage tension of the shrink film used is too large, which is not suitable for the packaging. Use a shrink film with a lower shrinkage tension.
8. The sealing and cutting position is wrong: The position of the sealing line should be half of the height of the package.
The height of the conveyor belt of the sealing machine is not correct, the height of the conveyor belt can be adjusted to a suitable position;
The height of the sealing frame is incorrect, the height of the sealing frame can be adjusted to a suitable position;
The circulating wind direction of the shrink packaging machine is incorrect, and the circulating wind direction can be readjusted;
The shrink bag for wrapping the package is too big, so the shrink bag size can be reduced a bit.
