Industrial turning machines are commonly used in industrial production, especially in the field of machinery. It can adapt to the turning needs of different specific goods and objects, provide a safe, stable and efficient turnover process during transportation, and realize the conversion of goods from horizontal to vertical or from vertical to horizontal, so as to achieve the purpose of operation.
It is widely used in metallurgy, stamping, sheet metal, molds, papermaking, cold storage, steel strips, wire reels, barrels, coils and other industries. So, what are the types of turning machines? Today, we will share with you the common classification of turning machines in the industry:

First, according to the maximum flipping angle, the flipping machine can be divided into 90° flipping machine and 180° flipping machine.
The 90° flipping machine includes a steel coil flipper and a die flipper, while the 180° flipping machine is mainly for pallet loads, including a 180°
pallet flipper and a paper pile flipper. The pallet flipper is designed to facilitate the replacement of pallets when replacing plastic system pallets with wooden transport pallets in the warehouse. The paper pile flipper is mainly used to align and prepare the paper pile before printing and remove impurities from the paper pile.
Secondly, according to performance, industrial flipping machines can be divided into steel coil flippers, die flippers and plate flippers.
1. The steel coil flipper can lift heavy steel coils to the V-shaped surface of the flipper and lay the steel coil flat on the pallet through 0-90° flipping. This machine is usually called a steel coil flipper.

2. The mold turning machine can turn the mold 0-90° when repairing large and medium-sized molds, making the opening and closing of the mold and the lifting and lowering of the mold convenient, labor-saving and safe. It is an indispensable auxiliary equipment in the stamping workshop and an ideal equipment for repairing large molds. People in the industry also call it a mold turning machine.

3. The plate turning machine is a special equipment produced in the automotive industry. It is used to turn over large thin plate stacks. It is an essential auxiliary equipment for stamping automation production lines. It can not only reduce scratches on the surface of the plate and improve product quality, but also reduce the labor intensity of operators and improve production efficiency.
