TP-XB180 is an automatic rotary arm pallet stretch wrapping machine, suitable for large factories with lines of product assembling and packaging.
From the front line to the wrapping section, all the progress are PLC controlled. With photoelectricity sensor, the machine is able to detect the incoming of pallets, and give this as signal to the PLC to start the program.
Film carriage to pre-stretch the film for higher tightness, automatic film cutter improves the efficiency of whole line.
Customization allows to integrate a turntable with this rotary arm pallet wrapper, double rotation increases the packing speed to 40-50 pallets per hour.
