The 180 degree pallet tipper is the best pallet changing machine to use in locations where the space is limited, the pallet exchanging work needs to take place in very restricted area. For the operation, the operator need to place the palletized loads on the clamp of the pallet tipper by using either a forklift or pallet jack. There are dual clamps doing the clamping from above and bottom sides, and the pallet tipper will rotate 180 degree after the clamping, thus the old pallet is on top of the goods and can be easily exchanged.

After the pallet is exchanged, the 180 degree pallet tipper will once again rotate the palletized loads to its original position and the loads can be discharged by a forklift or pallet truck. There is also a possibility which is we rotate the loads by just 100 degree, that will allow us to remove and replace the pallets vertically. For some certain products like bag packed flour, cement, which the position of the goods is unimportant, we can use this pallet tipper in a way even more simply: Place the new pallet on top of the load before rotating them as a whole and we can take away the old pallet from the top of the goods afterwards. In this way, the palletized goods only needs to be rotated for once.
