In the beverage industry, the packaging process is more automated than in other manufacturing industries. Large equipment is installed and operated to support high-capacity processing, and empty bottles are continuously fed into the machine and arranged neatly, and finally filled with liquid. The automatic filling machine will complete the filling of a bottle in 2-3 seconds. The filled bottle will be automatically capped by the machine and then labeled. The bottle will eventually be transported to the buffer and lined up in a straight line waiting to be picked up by the palletizer. Since the workflow of the beverage factory production line is continuous and fast, the total capacity is very high. The in-feed conveyor uses photoelectric sensor to detect the incoming pallets and sends a signal to the PLC, which decides whether to send the pallet to the machine turntable for film wrapping. After the pallet is in place, the machine starts wrapping. The sensor on the gantry detects the height of the goods, and the film wrapping head rises and falls accordingly. The machine is equipped with a film cutter, which can complete film clamping, film cutting, film sweeping, film blowing and other actions without manual operation.

The wrapped pallets will eventually be transported and forward to the outfeed conveyor, and the indicator will remind the workers to unload the packed goods in time through alarm sound and flesh-colored light. The whole workflow is continuous and fast, with high work efficiency and no manual operation required. Compared with the use of semi-automatic turntable pallet wrapping machine, it is estimated that about 3-4 workers can be replaced.
